I have always had an interest in webdesign, and spent many hours playing around with graphics. My knowledge and experience comes from very humble beginnings, when I had my first website hosted at Yahoo GeoCities, and various other free hosting providers around the globe somewhere around 1995-6.
Back then I did not have very much knowledge of html or any other scripting language, and the webdesign pretty much remained a hobby. In the meantime I became familiar with other software for both design and graphics. And then in 1999-2000 I was approached by some very different people who wanted me to help them.. and the rest like they say is history. :)
I like to remain humble about my knowledge, and will readily admit that I am self-taught. I like to provide people with sites that say something about who they are, or by creating a strong company image. I achieve this by keeping things simple, and trying to still create simple, fresh, innovative and at times daring designs. |
